TERMS OF SALE
All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Schow Auction Service, LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in all advertising but makes no representation. All Odometer or Hour Meter readings reflect readings as of the date of inspection are not guaranteed. Please make your own inspections. In no event shall Schow Auction Service, LLC by held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
All items must be paid for by wire transfer within 48 hours of the auction unless other arrangements are made with auction company. Buyer is responsible for $15 domestic or $50 international wire fee. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Wire transfer information and an invoice will be emailed following the auction. A $25 processing fee will be charged to buyers for any item that is purchased with a title. Sales tax of 5.5% will be automatically charged unless the buyer notifies the auction company immediately upon the purchase of the buyer’s exempt status. This should be done by emailing schowauction@nebnet.net or schowauctionservice@gmail.com with sales tax exempt information. Farmers who wish to be sales tax exempt on purchases of Farm Equipment to be used in production agriculture, or dealers purchasing any taxable Item and wanting exempt status must fill out a Nebraska Form 13 to become exempt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
